Charter Oak Woman’s Club is a member of GFWC, the largest and oldest volunteer organization in the world for women.
The object and purpose of this club is to promote education and community service, and to work for cultural and civic advancement. The areas of focus are on Art, Education, Conservation, Home and Public Affairs, International Concerns and Special Interests.
